Use Our 3D PointClouds in CAD, or Online!
Easily add our accurate and measurable scans into your CAD Application, or add CAD objects into the Scan! There are no rules, only spectacular results! "Cut n Clip" the PointCloud to remove walls or objects you no longer want to see. Add in your very own 3D Models, Walls, Equipment, Pipes etc and create a layout you know works, then show it off! Civil projects can use the PointCloud of existing terrain to create a CAD "TIN SURFACE". This can be used to create or analyze "Cut & Fills" for Concrete Volume, or Cut volume for Ponds or Fill Volumes for cuts on slopes, Slope Analysis, Water Flow Analysis etc etc! Client Sign-of is much easier when the entire team can visualise the layout in their familiar existing plant! We can even save your data to our online portal where you can view, measure, and analyse your data with just your normal Web Browser. No special applications or CAD software required! What is Laser Scanning? Using our Proprietary Terrestrial Laser and Drone Base Photogrammetry solutions, we are able to build full 3D "PointClouds" with exacting measurements of Real World Scenes and Objects. Our Laser scanners give a full 360° scan, with a measure radius from the scan position of 70m giving a total of 140m coverage per scan. We can take multiple scans and "Stitch" these back together with accuracy to form complex and detailed PointCloud projects. We have Scanned Building & Plant projects with many Hundreds of individual scans! Or using Drone Technology we can capture entire Civil Sites, Farms or Engineering Plants! We can deliver these 3D "PointClouds" in almost all industry standard formats, including Autodesk Recap. Autodesk Recap RCP & RCS files can be directly inserted as a measurable 3D Object in common Autodesk applications, such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Civil 3d etc. .e57 pointclouds or .LAS PointClouds can be inserted as measurable objects into almost all modern 3D & CAD Applications, SolidWorks etc. The Scanner captures High Quality PointClouds as well as High-Res 360° photo images. So your project can be viewed as a PointCloud or as orbitable 360° Full colour images. |
